What are the modes through which I can transfer funds?

• Bank Details of Proficient will be Provided in the Profile section valid clients can do IMPS and NEFT to this bank account or do a UPI transaction and they can paste their Transaction ID for fast addition of funds.
• Can send a cheque in the name of Proficient Equities Pvt. Ltd.

Place withdrawal requests from various ways

• By logging into your Internet Based Trading Platform
• By logging into your Backoffice and placing a request at our support at Contact Us Page
• By email us at [email protected]

All withdrawal requests are processed the same day if received before 12 pm else the next working day. Withdrawal requests hit your bank within 24 hours or sooner.
*Withdrawals can take longer if the daily trade process is delayed or if any circular comes from SEBI or respective exchanges.

How can I withdraw funds from my Proficient account?

Clients can go to their Profile Page and can go to Funds page and request the withdrawal amount. It is advised to check the Available balance from the Back office section. The same request can be made from Bolt Plus On Web mobile and web application.

When will I receive funds in my bank account after placing a withdrawal request?

Funds once requested will take 24 hrs or or T+1 to reimburse. All these timeline will be superseded by the compliance as per SEBI regulations.

Why can't I withdraw Total funds from my Proficient account?

Funds added during the day cannot be withdrawn on the same day. The settlement amount is reimbursed on request as per compliance and only unused margin can be withdrawn on the day of trading.

What charges will be applicable if I add/withdraw the funds from the Proficient account?

Currently Withdrawal charges are free at Proficient.

Why have I not received money within the specified time, after placing a withdrawal request?
