How do I close my Proficient Account?

You can deactivate your account through 2 ways -

• Email us at [email protected] as to why you want to close your account and what are your account details. Our representative will get in touch with you in 24 working hours and will provide you with a soft copy of the account closing form. 
• You have it fill it and send the copy through mail itself. Once verified, your account will be closed. You can also request the same in Hard Copy.

You can go to Downloadable and download the Account Closing form. Once you fill it up, mail it to [email protected] with a cover letter as to why you want to close your account. Our representative will get back to you once the formalities are completed and your account will be closed.
