How can I add funds to my Proficient account?

Users can go to their Profile page from the Proficient Website by logging in and then go to the funds section and directly transfer the amounts in the Provided bank account mentioned there. Users need to mention their Transaction ID for a faster addition of funds and allocation.

What should I do if I’ve added funds and it doesn’t reflect after the turnaround time?

Please contact support at Proficient and share your Transaction ID or payment screen shot. The Team will provide a prompt answer and resolution.

Can I use the same funds to trade in Securities and commodity both segments?

Currently Proficient Equities is not Providing Trading in commodities. Commodities Trading will commence very soon.

How much time does it take for a fund transfer via cheque to reflect in my Proficient account?

Fund Transfer takes around a few minutes to maximum a few hours to reflect depending on the time of fund transfer done. Any fund Transfer after 3:30 pm may reflect on the next Trading day in your account

What bank details are needed to transfer funds via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheque?

In the User Profile section you can go to Deposit funds. Add the amount you want to deposit. Once you mention the amount, Proficient Client account Bank Details will be shown. Users can transfer the required funds through Online fund transfer like IMPS, NEFT or RTGS. Once the transfer has been processed It is kindly advised to paste the Transaction ID and click submit. Mentioning the Transaction ID will help Proficient process the transactions quickly.
