Log in to your Proficient account on the web platform, navigate to profile and User Details and check the active segments. Click on the mail link in and share your requirements to us. 

Which income proof is accepted to trade in F&O?

Proficient accepts various income proofs like salary slips, ITR, and bank statements. Check the specific requirements outlined in the application process.

When will my segment addition request get completed?

The processing time varies. Typically, segment activation requests are processed within a few working days.

I have closed my trading account, why am I still charged the AMC?
